Sales Terms & Conditions – MA3Plugins

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of digital products (hereinafter: “Products”) offered by [Company Name], including but not limited to MA3 plugins.

By purchasing a Product via our online store (processed by FastSpring), the customer agrees to these Terms.

2. Digital Products

All Products are delivered as digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

After successful payment, the customer will receive access to the Product via a download link or user account.

3. Delivery

Delivery of digital Products is performed immediately or as soon as possible after payment confirmation via FastSpring.

If any technical issue occurs during delivery, the customer must contact us at [email protected].

4. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

As the Products are digital content delivered instantly, the customer expressly agrees to waive their right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer:

• Refunds
• Exchanges
• Money-back guarantees

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the Product is non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Compatibility and Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the Product is compatible with their system, software version (e.g., MA3), and working environment.

We do not guarantee that the plugins will function in all setups or configurations.

7. Updates, Bug Fixes and Support

We may provide bug fixes, patches, and minor updates to improve the functionality of the Products.

Such updates are included to a reasonable extent, at our sole discretion, and only for a limited period after purchase. We do not guarantee ongoing updates, new features, or continued compatibility with future versions of software (including but not limited to grandMA3).

Support is offered on a reasonable-effort basis, without guaranteed response times or resolutions

8. Intellectual Property

All Products remain the intellectual property of MA3Plugins.

The customer is not permitted to:

• Share, resell, or distribute the Products
• Modify or reverse-engineer the Products for redistribution

Any violation may result in legal action.

9. Payments and Processing

All payments are processed by FastSpring. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

ma3plugins shall not be held liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages
• Loss of data, income, or business
• Issues arising from the use or inability to use the Products

Use of the Products is entirely at the customer’s own risk.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
