This tool helps dealing with complex fixtures in MA3. With this tool you easily define which instances you want to select and the tool will add them to the selection grid in a convenient way. See the examples below for more info.

Examples
In the examples below we use a fixture having both a plate and a beam.
Layout over X and Y
Below an example is shown where the instances for each fixture are spread over X. Fixture 301 thru 304 are shown and their subinstances are spread in the X direction. Furthermore, each instance is also in a unique Z direction. We can do the same thing in the Y direction instead.
